  • local search results
  • the little business info box on Google

Search for your business listing. Make sure yours is:

  • claimed
  • verified
  • complete

Then Add Details:

  • business name
  • address
  • phone number
  • website
  • opening hours
  • services
  • photos

Pro tip:

Where possible upload real photos of:

  • your storefront
  • your team
  • your products
  • happy customers (with permission!)

People love seeing the humans behind the business. This also helps them connect with your business and helps them understand where you are located, as they may recognise your store front even if they have never been in.


2. Keep Your Contact Details Consistent

This sounds obvious, but make sure your business details are listed the same across all platforms, from websites, socials and business listings. Why? Because that’s what Google wants!
